Description

A senior role within the Data and Analytics team supporting Discovery People and Corporate Shared Services. The focus is on delivering data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards to inform strategic decisions related to workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs

Qualifications

• Matric (Essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information technology, actuarial science, etc
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (including DAX), and data pipeline tools like SSIS
• Experience with sensitive/confidential data
• (Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Fabric), Python/R, Git, or domain-specific knowledge (HR, Finance)
